Terms

The short version. It applies to every bid and every sale on PokeAuctions.

1. A bid is binding. It is an offer to buy at that price, and you can't take it back.
2. The highest bid wins if it meets the seller's reserve. Bids count in the order PokeAuctions receives them, not by what your screen shows.
3. You pay the seller directly, the way they set out in your order, within 48 hours of winning.
4. PokeAuctions holds no money and charges no fees during the pilot.
5. The seller ships within 3 business days of payment, tracked and insured.
6. Report a problem within 7 days of delivery, or within 30 days of the expected date if it never arrives. The seller has 72 hours to reply. PokeAuctions issues a finding and records it against whoever is at fault. PokeAuctions can't refund you; if the finding is for you, the seller owes the refund.
7. The sale is between you and the seller. PokeAuctions runs the room and keeps the record.
